General information:
Carol would love to provide support and guidance to a male or female
individual who would like to share her home and be part of her family.
She does not have an age preference but would like the person to
sleep through the night. She also would prefer that anyone who lives
with her is not aggressive toward people or pets. Carol has special
training in diabetic care, so anyone with diabetes would be a good
match for Carol. Carol doesn’t mind helping with personal
care such as bathing or dressing if needed.
Carol has submitted all of the necessary information to Momentum,
Inc. and has been thoroughly screened. She is ready to have an individual
move in with herm. Momentum feels confident that Carol understands
the work that she will be facing should she become a shared living

has demonstrated a high level of competence, an open mind and an
