| Our Casco office is located just across from the Casco Village Green. The building is a renovated older home with a cute farmer's porch, excellent for the outside gatherings and lunches. Our administrative offices are housed here in Casco. This office is a pivot point for any number of community based events and activities, biking, basketball, Special Olympics training, exercising at the gym, volunteer commitments, library visits, kayaking local waterways, biking and beach days etc. Occasional activities occur right here in the central office, such as: cooking, art and sewing classes, safety training, musical gatherings and our annual block party in August. | Our Windham facility is excellently located right in the hub of the town on Tandberg Trail (Rout 115). We are housed in a lovely renovated farm house set back from the road with a large, private back yard, perfect for an occasional get together and Frisbee! Our focus is in the community with people participating at a local fitness club, swimming at the community's colleges, outdoor activities at Dundee Park on the Presumscott River, shopping and traffic safety right in town, as well as bike riding on local trails and side roads....and more. | Sandi Macomber, Regional Director and Edwina Strout, PCP Coordinator/Program Administrator are dedicated to helping folks from Augusta to Machias secure and find meaningful relationships within a family setting with an approved Shared Living family/provider. The Bangor team has grown smoothly and evenly over the past two years in many locations around Bangor. The Bangor team is currently supporting 12 individuals in shared living with many success stories coming from these amazing relationships. Over 20 new shared living providers are qualified and currently attending training in hopes they can help someone in need of residential support in the future. The Bangor Team of Momentum is gearing up for lots of successful shared living opportunities for folks. Training is under way through Momentum’s Bangor location.
